Clip n’ Climb and Soft Play sessions will run with a reduced capacity, no music and lower levels of lighting. Sensory toys and mats are available.
These Autism friendly sessions are available every Wednesday at Kelvin Hall and on Saturday 2 March 12 - 2pm.
We have sensory bags containing resources including ear defenders, emotion cards and fidgets. They are available from the Information desks in the following museums.

Accessible toilets
The accessible toilet is located off the main corridor. There is changing space.
Assistance dogs
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
Hearing loop
There is a fixed loop hearing assistance system.
If you use British Sign Language, you can watch our British Sign Language introduction to Kelvin Hall.
Wheelchair access
There is wheelchair and pram access to all public areas using the lifts and there are free wheelchairs available to hire at reception.

The car park on Bunhouse Road is managed by City Parking. Charges are as follows:
Mon-Sun 8am-6pm

- 10 hours £10.00
Mon-Sun 6pm-8am, £2 flat rate.
