Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa) was introduced to the public in 1992 by Mr. Li Hongzhi. It is an ancient self-cultivation system based on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance.
It Includes five gentle exercises that work together to improve health
and well-being, enabling people to find strength and peace of mind amid the
stresses of modern life.
